Day Shift
Responsible for internal/external phone calls and guest service
- Check guests in and out of rooms and help with any issues they may have
- Get packages ready for check in
- Answer internal/external calls from guests needing supplies or wanting to make a reservation
- Restock supplies at the front desk, lobby and gift shop, notify manager of supplies needed
- Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities
- Provide feedback to the other shifts and supervisor/manager
- Such other appropriate duties as may be required
Requirements
- Reference check, criminal background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some accounting experience required
- Consistent employment history
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Word and Excel required
- Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner
- Knowledge of Springer Miller software preferable, but not required
Performance Skills
- People pleasing attitude
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and handle guest complaints
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision
