HOURS:

8:00am to 4:30pm GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for cleanliness and overall appearance of the rooms and common areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cleaning of condo units, including:
Dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen.

Perform quality cleaning to meet expectations of guests and meet required time limits;

Comply with safety as stated in the Employee Handbook;

Pick up ground litter around assigned route or wherever visible.

PERFORMANCE

SKILLS:

Must be able to do the following repetitive duties:

be able to bend down from the waist
twist upper body from side to side
Reach arms above your head
lift and/or carry at least 35 lbs.
work from a stooping or kneeling position
must be able to work with cleaning chemicals

Must be able to work with a routine and stick to it;

Must be able to work on a team to clean units.

OTHER

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must be able to speak and understand enough English in order to communicate and assist owners and guests.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
Reference check, criminal background check.

EDUCATION AND/OR

EXPERIENCE:

Housekeeping and customer service experience preferred.
