All employees must successfully complete state‑specific background check requirements prior to working with residents/patients.

Provide Exceptional Care

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing/long‑term care setting
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that support long‑term wellness

Lead & Support Your Team

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure safe, effective care delivery
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for your team

Ensure Accurate Documentation & Communication

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all regulations
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and family members
• Complete all required documentation, including assessments, physician orders, progress notes, flow sheets, and consents

Medication Management

• Safely administer and document medications, including post‑admission doses
• Monitor for effectiveness and adverse reactions
• Maintain narcotic records and coordinate medication orders
• Complete physician order reviews and initiate therapies as ordered

Clinical & Emergency Response

• Respond quickly to changes in resident condition
• Initiate emergency interventions and perform CPR when needed

Stay Compliant & Professional

• Follow all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act
• Maintain punctuality and reliability

• Current, active RN license
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Education

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)

Licensure & Certification

• Current RN license in the state of employment
• Valid CPR certification

Experience

• Minimum of six (6) months experience in long‑term care preferred
