• Deliver hands‑on nursing care to residents

• Support care planning and resident assessments
• Supervise Medication Aides/Techs
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and emergencies
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Active LPN license (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team environment
• A compassionate, resident‑first mindset

• 6+ months of long‑term care experience
