Support Headlands Research’s clinical trials as a full-time Administration Coordinator in Kelowna, BC. We value strong communication and organizational skills to help streamline our office operations.
Okanagan Clinical Trials is looking for an Administration Coordinator to ensure efficient administrative and clerical support. In this role, you will assist with important accounting functions including cash maintenance and invoice management while contributing to the smooth running of daily operations. A positive attitude and focus on detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and maintain a professional office space
• Manage call flow and perform scheduling for clients
• Input accounts payable invoices and track receivables
• Handle stipend processing and support cheque distributions
• Organize documents and assist in maintaining records
Requirements:
• 2+ years of accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
