This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with strong administrative skills. You will work in our Kelowna office five days weekly, handling a range of clerical tasks. Your responsibilities will include front desk duties, documentation, and maintaining organized files to support effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk reception and clerical duties
• Obtain and document information from various parties
• Type correspondence, reports, and technical materials
• Maintain files and distribute required materials
• Sort and forward mail as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
• Consent to a criminal record check
