Houle is on the search for an Administrative Assistant to bolster support for our Service Division. This role includes managing calls, scheduling services, and assisting with work order administration across multiple locations. Your contributions will be critical to ensuring our projects are executed smoothly and meet high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage customer calls and emails
• Support scheduling and dispatch operations
• Deliver high-level customer service consistently
• Perform accurate data entry for service documentation
• Aid in maintaining organizational records
Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skill set
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of service management software is advantageous
