Reporting to the Lands Manager, this position is crucial in providing comprehensive administrative assistance for various projects. You will maintain and prepare land application documents, update the database, and support filing systems both digitally and manually. The role also involves addressing Band member inquiries, participating in planning sessions, and documenting important meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administration functions for the department
• Prepare documentation for land application processes
• Ensure efficient filing with SharePoint and One Drive
• Take notes and assist in meetings
• Coordinate training for team members on safety
Requirements:
• Accredited education in relevant fields
• Familiarity with computer applications:
Word, Excel, Email
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively
• Willingness to learn Anishnawbemowin is desired
• Valid Class “G” Driver’s Licence is advantageous
Support the Lands Department with your organizational expertise and assist in fulfilling administrative needs as part of a dedicated team.
