Position: Full-Time Operations Coordinator
We are hiring an Operations Coordinator specializing in administration and logistics in Kelowna, BC. This full-time, on-site position offers a dynamic environment balancing operational support, customer communication, and accounting tasks.

The Operations Coordinator will facilitate daily office activities, manage shipping processes, and assist with customer inquiries. If you are organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, we want to hear from you. Proficiency in Excel, data entry, and collaboration with different departments will be critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct calls professionally on the main line

• Support shipment coordination and track delivery statuses

• Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry

• Help prepare travel arrangements and office organization

• Collaborate with internal teams on sales order processing

Requirements:

• Administrative and shipping/logistics experience preferred

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks

• Previous experience with Quick Books and ERP systems is advantageous
