Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules and internal communications efficiently

• Prepare meeting agendas and track actionable items

• Maintain organized systems in Google Suite and Notion

• Assist with developing and documenting processes

• Coordinate logistics with partners and internal teams
Requirements:

• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar

• Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, and Slack

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
