As part of the Regional Cardiac Program, you will assist the Program Director with operational and administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role demands effective triaging of requests, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Software to navigate multiple digital platforms successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Program Director with administrative tasks
• Organize and prioritize complex workflows
• Draft and manage sensitive correspondence
• Design presentations and orientation packages
• Ensure information confidentiality and integrity
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized secretarial program
• 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
