In this associate role, you’ll optimize daily office workflows through effective administration and operational coordination. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong Excel skills and thrive within diverse teams, handling customer inquiries and tracking shipments efficiently. You’ll also engage in payroll support and help manage shipping logistics to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate customer and operation data
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with precision
• Assist with reporting and operational tracking
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally
• Help prepare and maintain essential records and documentation
Requirements:
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel required
• Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
• Excellent attention to detail in task execution
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with ERP systems and Quick Books is a plus
