Join our advisory team in Kelowna as a part-time Administrative Assistant, offering flexible hours and an hourly rate of $25.00–$27.00. This role is ideal for organized individuals who excel in client service.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining client records and processing documentation for account openings. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in client services, particularly in the securities industry, and should demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with MS Office and tools like Docu Sign is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to ensure accurate client record keeping
• Support processes for account management and transactions
• Update KYC information as per regulations
• Request and track signatures for documents
• Assist with statistical reporting for decision-making
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in client service roles
• Knowledge of financial industry standards
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Preference for CSC, CPH completion or CIRO licensing
