Wilden, a family-owned community in Kelowna, is seeking an adaptable Sales and Office Associate to support its growth. Ideal candidates are personable, organized, and eager to learn, as they will work closely with the Sales Manager and the marketing team. This 30-hour per week position demands weekend availability, with potential for additional hours as the role evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors at the Wilden presentation centre
• Host engaging property showings for prospective buyers
• Support lead follow-up and appointment coordination
• Maintain accurate CRM records and buyer notes
• Assist with office administration and community events
Requirements:
• Availability for regular weekend work
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general tech use
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset
