This full-time position requires a motivated individual with positive energy and over one year of reception or administrative experience. You will manage calls, assist walk-in customers, and perform key administrative tasks. Training as a junior Administrative Assistant allows you to offer valuable assistance to our team as needed. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle multi-line switchboard calls efficiently
• Update client records and files accurately
• Facilitate sales of keys, fobs, or parking passes
• Manage mail logistics and courier scheduling
• Contact clients for document signing and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a reception or administrative role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and manage conflict
• Must possess a friendly attitude towards customers
