The Intake Administrator will report directly to the Bylaw Manager and handle vital administrative duties, acting as the first point of contact for complaints. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records and updates on bylaw files

• Triage incoming service calls based on priority

• Dispatch communications to enforcement officers

• Assist public inquiries and counter operations

• Liaise with other city departments

Requirements:

• Completion of Senior Secondary education

• One year in a bylaw services role

• At least three years in customer-facing positions

• Five years in administrative or related positions

• Keyboarding proficiency of 60 wpm
