This role involves collaborating closely with the service team to handle customer support, data management, and project administration. Your contributions will enable efficient operations across various Interior locations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and direct communication
• Support the coordination of service scheduling and dispatch
• Ensure high-quality customer service delivery
• Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Assist with work-order and billing documentation
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of administrative experience
• Strong organizational skills in a busy setting
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Prior knowledge of service management software is a plus
