Position: Full Time Payroll Administrator
Join Kelowna Community Health and Services Centre as a full-time Payroll Administrator, ensuring accurate payroll processing and employee data management. This permanent position offers a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, providing a balanced work-life setting. You will manage payroll functions, updating employee data files in a computerized system. Responsibilities also include responding to staff inquiries and producing pay statements and cheques.
Responsibilities   Prepare and process employee payroll data
Update and maintain employee data files in the system
Respond to staff inquiries about payroll and benefits
Produce pay statements and pay cheques accurately
Manage third-party correspondence related to payroll
Qualifications   Five-minute typing test (45+ NWPM) from a recognized institution
Completion of a recognized Payroll Course
Three years of recent related experience
Accredited certificates/diplomas required
Cover letter stating availability
