Join Kelowna Community Health and Services Centre as a full-time Payroll Administrator, ensuring accurate payroll processing and employee data management. This permanent position offers a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, providing a balanced work-life setting. You will manage payroll functions, updating employee data files in a computerized system. Responsibilities also include responding to staff inquiries and producing pay statements and cheques.
Responsibilities- Prepare and process employee payroll data
- Update and maintain employee data files in the system
- Respond to staff inquiries about payroll and benefits
- Produce pay statements and pay cheques accurately
- Manage third-party correspondence related to payroll
- Five-minute typing test (45+ NWPM) from a recognized institution
- Completion of a recognized Payroll Course
- Three years of recent related experience
- Accredited certificates/diplomas required
- Cover letter stating availability
