Enhance civic operations as a Relief Bylaw Intake Administrator in Penticton, B.C. Engage with the community while managing bylaw inquiries and administrative tasks.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for responding to bylaw-related complaints and service calls under the guidance of the Bylaw Manager. Your focus on customer service, clear communications, and administrative tasks is crucial for smooth departmental operations in the Bylaw Services Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and triage bylaw files based on urgency
• Liaise with other departments for compliance
• Distribute calls effectively to Bylaw Enforcement Officers
• Create necessary reports and documentation
• Maintain confidentiality during public interactions
Requirements:
• One year in bylaw or enforcement services
• Experience dealing with the public, face-to-face
• Five years’ experience in administrative roles
• Typing proficiency of 60 WPM with accuracy
• Criminal record check clearance necessary
Utilize your administration and communication skills to support the Bylaw Services Department positively.
