This permanent full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week and favors those with 1-2 years of administrative experience. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and communicate effectively in English.
Your role includes scheduling, preparing key documents, and facilitating office procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm management’s appointments
• Prepare, encode, and proofread important communications
• Handle incoming regular and electronic mail
• Maintain an organized supply inventory
• Answer telephone inquiries and pass on messages
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a similar administrative position
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional Office Administration qualifications are a plus
