Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new appliance construction project timelines

• Ensure delivery schedules and inventory levels are accurate

• Process monthly invoices and manage accounts

• Collaborate with multiple teams daily for efficiency

• Follow up on project details with stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in project coordination experience

• Knowledge of account management and invoicing

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Highly organized and able to manage detailed tasks

• Proficient with MS Office applications
