Your role will blend administrative tasks with vital support for our senior community.
The casual/on-call position at Cristalina PARC requires a customer-focused individual with two years of reception experience. Responsibilities include greeting residents, managing schedules, and responding to inquiries, all aimed at ensuring a smooth and welcoming atmosphere for seniors. Your administrative support will play a vital role in enhancing daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries efficiently
• Manage the driver’s schedule and handle conflicts
• Scan invoices for review by management
• Assist in managing recreation programs and events
Requirements:
• At least two years of reception experience
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Respect for senior needs and backgrounds
