The successful candidate will be assigned to the Office Administration team and will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail, internal mail, filing, processing incoming emails, assisting with team projects and requests, and supporting other projects as required.

Qualifications
1+ year of administrative experience (asset)
Working toward a post‑secondary certificate, diploma, degree in business administration (asset)
Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite, familiar with office technology such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines

High degree of professionalism and integrity
Team player with excellent communication skills
Flexible and adaptable with proven problem‑solving skills
Works well independently as well as on a team
