As part of UBCO’s Strategic Campus Events, you will provide essential administrative and event coordination support, assisting with ceremonies like graduations and other special university activities. Strong organizational and communication skills are vital as you will manage space booking requests, collaborate with multiple campus stakeholders, and handle sensitive operations. Your expertise will help cultivate an environment of excellence in event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the non-academic space booking system
• Coordinate large-scale events with campus partners
• Provide analytical support for event metrics
• Edit and manage web content for event information
• Support event planners with logistical needs
Requirements:
• Two years post-secondary education completed
• Minimum four years related experience required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong project and event coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
Utilize your event coordination skills to enhance UBCO ceremonies and special events, fostering memorable experiences for attendees.
