Stober Group, a leader in real estate development, is seeking a Property Management Administrator. This role involves maintaining tenant records, managing accounts receivable, and supporting property managers in their daily tasks. Accuracy and compliance in documentation are key to facilitating long-term partnerships and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage rent and service charge accounts receivable activity
• Issue tenant invoices through MRI and monitor payments
• Support CAM reconciliations and chargeback processes
• Maintain accurate tenant master files and records
• Ensure compliance in vendor documentation and insurance
Requirements:
• Accounting or financial experience preferred
• Proficiency in technology and property management systems
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills in documentation
• Experience with tenant communication and event coordination
