In this full-time, in-office position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing office workflow and supporting staff through various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, scheduling meetings, coordinating catering, and managing office supplies. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and manage office flow
• Schedule and prepare meeting rooms for events
• Handle outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain office inventory and tidiness
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Previous office experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 15-25lbs when needed
