As a crucial member of our team, reporting to on-site management, you will respond to incoming calls, direct visitors, and assist with inquiries in a friendly manner. Your professionalism and strong communication skills will enhance the experience of our residents and guests at our retirement facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming calls professionally and positively
• Greet and assist visitors upon arrival
• Sort internal mail and maintain mail machine
• Schedule meeting room bookings efficiently
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
Requirements:
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Previous reception experience is a plus
• Professional telephone manners needed
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
