As the Support Services Coordinator I, you will provide crucial administrative and financial support for the Office of Campus Planning and related departments. You will manage communications, assist with strategic planning initiatives, and oversee departmental processes. This position is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and service delivery across various units, fostering collaboration among faculty, staff, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to directors and teams
• Coordinate HR, finance, and departmental communications
• Maintain and draft internal policies and procedures
• Oversee procurement and office operations processes
• Prepare financial materials and support budgeting activities
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Over three years of administrative experience
• Strong knowledge of financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
