Join our People & Culture team as a full-time Scheduling Assistant at Baptist Housing. Your primary responsibility will involve filling various shifts while managing scheduling systems and collaborating with staff to ensure quality care. Strong communication, accuracy, and service orientation are essential for this role as you help maintain a supportive and caring environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and adjust schedules based on staffing needs

• Audit schedules and correct timecards for accuracy

• Compile reports and scheduling statistics as requested

• Maintain ongoing communication with team members

• Support interdisciplinary teamwork to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 Education

• At least 2 years scheduling experience, preferably healthcare

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
