Executive Assistant to Superintendent - Education

Support the Superintendent's office in School District No. 67 with your expertise as an Executive Assistant. Provide confidential administrative and operational support in a dynamic educational environment.

This permanent, non-union position serves School District No. 67 (Okanagan Skaha), encompassing Penticton and nearby communities. Seeking a skilled professional with at least five years in an executive support role, you will manage correspondence, events, and critical reports. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining the educational standards of this award-winning district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings, travel, and events for the Superintendent

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and public correspondence gracefully

• Create, maintain, and process reports and documentation

• Oversee student data for Ministry reporting requirements

• Prepare budgets and reconcile credit cards for the Education department

Requirements:

• Grade 12, with post-secondary diploma in administration required

• Minimum five years in an Executive/Senior support role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite

• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute

• Strong communication skills and professional discretion required
