Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete procurement aligned with project plans
• Ensure cost, quality, and timeliness balance in purchases
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project alignment
• Proactively monitor material availability and risks
• Create compliant purchase orders and resolve funding issues
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years procurement experience in office
• Effective in high-pressure construction environments
• Deep understanding of commercial practices in procurement
• Experience with project procurement systems
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
