Drive transformative growth as a Senior Growth Partner, working alongside founders to embark on the journey from concept to scalable revenue across our portfolio companies. This high-impact role focuses on deploying effective growth systems that enhance business performance.
In this key position, you will directly engage with founders to articulate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and refine pricing and offerings. Your proficiency in diagnosing growth challenges and implementing strategic solutions will be invaluable. Establishing a consistent growth framework across multiple ventures will ensure sustained progress toward product-market fit and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work intimately with founders on positioning and pricing
• Construct and enhance customer retention strategies
• Identify and solve immediate growth barriers
• Launch a scalable growth system across ventures
• Monitor vital performance indicators for success
Requirements:
• Experience in scaling businesses beyond $5M ARR
• Expertise in growth strategies and customer insights
• Familiarity with startup or high-growth ecosystems
• Ability to manage several ventures at once
• Strong leadership and actionable insights
Be instrumental in guiding startups toward success by implementing innovative growth methodologies tailored for rapid development.
