Culmina Family Estate is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the 2026 harvest as Grape Sorters. In this hands-on role, you will engage in ensuring the grapes' quality by sorting out defects, all while enjoying the outdoors and a close-knit team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort fresh grapes, removing unwanted leaves and stems

• Operate sorting machinery under supervision

• Keep the sorting area hygienic and well-maintained

• Collaborate with the vineyard and cellar teams

• Adhere to all quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• No prior experience needed, just a willingness to work

• Strong ability to work within a team

• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs

• Punctual and attentive to details

• Interest in wine and nature is a bonus
