As part of the Boundary Zone team, the Operations Assistant plays a vital role in managing financial, HR, and logistical aspects of wildfire management. You'll be responsible for cost tracking, budget processing, and preparing for fire seasons, ensuring that teams are well-equipped and prepared. Key Responsibilities:

• Track costs and process budgets for wildfire operations

• Provide HR support and coordinate fire season logistics

• Manage accommodations and meals for firefighting crews

• Assist in training and certification as necessary

• Support operations under varying and often challenging conditions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Previous office experience required

• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required

• Must complete a Criminal Record Check
