Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Interim Active Living Manager for its Sandalwood location in the Okanagan. In this role, you will develop engaging events and manage budgets while collaborating with community partners. Your organizational skills will ensure high-quality standards for all resident activities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging community events for resident participation

• Manage budgets and ensure quality standards in activities

• Produce communication materials and organize transportation

• Collaborate with other departments and host tours

• Support employee orientation and contribute to special events

Requirements:

• 2 years of related experience in hospitality or seniors living

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Creative and innovative thinking capabilities

• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Canva

• Class 4 driver's license is an asset
