As a vital team member at Axxess Industries, you will manage the product portfolio for lighting controls, automation systems, and software solutions. This role requires collaboration with engineering, sales, and operations to ensure product quality and compliance while aligning with customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Own product roadmap and lifecycle strategy
• Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Review engineering designs for product requirements
• Coordinate product testing and certification processes
• Monitor product performance and continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years in Product Management for electronics
• Experience with hardware product management
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for electronics
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
