At Canco, you'll engage in sourcing and program development for assigned categories while collaborating closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Design teams. Your expertise will translate customer insights into business strategies, enhancing customer experiences and driving performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own category strategy, pricing, promotions, and vendor relationships
• Translate insights and market trends into actionable business plans
• Develop supplier partnerships to support brand positioning
• Lead product selection, negotiation, and vendor onboarding
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for in-store execution
Requirements:
• Experience in Category Management or Product Management
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L optimization experience
• Analytical skills to inform business decisions
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis
