Make a difference with One Sky Community Resources as an Early Childhood Educator in Penticton. Play an essential role in creating nurturing environments for children's growth and development.

In this position, you will assist with the daily operations of the center, ensuring quality care for children. You will design developmentally appropriate activities and assess each child's unique needs. Collaboration with parents and fellow staff is central to promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities for children

• Supervise children and attend to their physical needs

• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop targeted curricula

• Maintain health and safety protocols in the classroom

• Engage parents in their children's learning journey

Requirements:

• Certificate in Early Childhood Education and valid license

• Criminal record and immunization checks

• Valid First Aid certification

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Age requirement: 19 years or older
