Spier & Mackay is on the hunt for a seasoned Art Director. With over 5 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle creative direction, you will develop shot lists and mood boards to guide shoots. This role requires a strong menswear sensibility and expertise in managing the entire shoot process while fostering vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop shot lists, mood boards, and reference packages

• Lead casting and location scouting for photo shoots

• Brief stylist on garment selection ahead of shoots

• Direct talent and oversee the set during shoots

• Review and select final retouched images for delivery

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of fashion or lifestyle creative direction experience

• Proven portfolio showcasing aesthetic range and quality

• Experience managing the entire process of photo shoots

• Strong understanding of menswear and brand identity

• Excellent vendor and agency relationship management skills
