Key Responsibilities Develop shot lists, mood boards, and reference packages
Lead casting and location scouting for shoots
Brief stylist on garment selection before shoots
Direct talent and set during the shoot
Review and select final retouched images for delivery
Requirements 5 to 8 years of fashion or lifestyle creative direction
Proven portfolio showcasing aesthetic range
Experience managing the entire shoot process
Genuine menswear sensibility and brand understanding
Robust vendor and agency relationship management
Excel in driving visual storytelling and uphold Spier & Mackay’s brand standards through cutting‑edge art direction.
