• Execute journal entries and monthly reconciliations

• Maintain accurate financial reporting and dashboards

• Assist with GST/HST reconciliations and filings

• Participate in budgeting and variance analysis

• Support operational tasks as needed during scaling

Requirements:

• Educational background in Finance or Accounting

• 0-2 years experience in finance roles

• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Xero is advantageous

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Curiosity about financial automation technologies
