Become a key player as a Branch Operational Support Advisor, providing essential support and advisory services to branch staff. Your focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery in a team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise in retail and business operations while supporting projects that improve member experience. You will advise branch and hub staff on operational issues, develop documentation, and build relationships with third-party providers. Your insights will help in driving continuous improvement in our processes and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise branch staff on operational and technical issues
• Update and implement banking forms and procedures
• Liaise with third-party providers on branch operations
• Represent Operations in corporate project initiatives
• Perform necessary administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, college diploma preferred
• 3 years of experience in financial services
• Solid understanding of retail and commercial policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
