As a Branch Operational Support Advisor, you will assist teams with both retail and commercial operational issues while ensuring that all processes are streamlined and compliant. You'll create and update essential forms, maintain compliance manuals, and work collaboratively on projects aimed at operational improvement.
Your role will significantly impact our service quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support staff with operational and technical inquiries
• Develop and implement revised banking forms
• Collaborate with external third-party providers
• Represent Operations in continuous improvement projects
• Handle administrative responsibilities as necessary
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is a must, with a preference for a college diploma
• Minimum of 3 years in the financial services sector
• Deep knowledge of retail/commercial policies
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
