In this full-time role, you will act as an ambassador for Coast Capital, focusing on understanding and addressing member needs with tailored banking services and investment solutions. With a minimum of five years in the financial sector, you will guide new member acquisitions and provide comprehensive support to existing clients, fostering trust and satisfaction through dedicated service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster comprehensive relationships with members through targeted discussions
• Identify the right products and services for customer needs
• Coordinate with teams for wider financial product offers
• Engage members in meaningful financial health chats during visits
• Set a new standard for customer banking experiences
Requirements:
• At least five years of relevant experience in banking
• Willingness to obtain CFSA or similar credential
• Background in finance or business education
• Familiarity with investment fund topics and lending
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented mindset
