Boundary Electric is looking for a dynamic Controller in Grand Forks, BC, to spearhead financial leadership and report directly to the CFO. This position focuses on strategic business partnership and enhancing financial processes.

You will manage financial operations including reporting, compliance, and audits while mentoring a team of accounting professionals. The role is suited for a strategic thinker who combines technical expertise with business acumen to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accurate financial reporting and annual audits

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes

• Provide financial insights to improve pricing and cost management

• Analyze operational data for trend identification

• Foster team development in a high-performance culture

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Extensive accounting/finance leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of compliance and audit processes

• Experience with multi-entity and international operations

• Leadership experience in team mentoring and coaching
