FBC seeks a skilled Tax Advisor & Preparer to deliver expert tax advice and comprehensive services. In addition to preparing returns, you will play a key role in building relationships that encourage member retention and referrals. Understanding Member needs will help you effectively connect them to FBC's broader array of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized tax advice to Members

• Prepare and submit T1 and T2 tax returns

• Cultivate strong client relationships for ongoing engagement

• Connect Members with company specialists

• Keep accurate records of all Member services

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in tax preparation

• Knowledge of Taxprep Xero or similar software

• Experience with farms and small businesses

• Excellent communication skills

• Proven record of managing multiple tasks
