This full-time Accounting Manager position reports to senior leadership and oversees full-cycle accounting. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong controls while collaborating with project managers on financial insights and budgeting. You will play a key role in the organization's growth and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Receivable, and payroll operations

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections

• Manage tax filings, remittances, and regulatory reporting

• Lead and mentor a growing accounting team

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting

• Experience in construction cost accounting preferred

• Familiarity with ERP systems and AI tools
