In this full-time role, you'll oversee comprehensive financial operations and support decision-making through insightful reporting and strategic financial controls. Collaborating closely with project managers and senior leadership will allow you to guide and mentor your accounting team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including payroll

• Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections

• Supervise tax filings and compliance requirements

• Foster team growth and collaboration in financial practices

Requirements:

• Education in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

• At least 5 years in senior accounting roles

• Proficient with financial reporting and job costing

• Experience with ERP systems, especially Explorer Eclipse

• Strong analytical and communication skills
