Job Description:
At TD Canada Trust, the frontline of TD Bank, we build relationships with customers through a broad range of service transactions and advisory support on services, products, and solutions. In the branch, we identify customer needs and promote products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities- Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
- Ask thoughtful questions, engage with customers, and create positive experiences to retain and deepen relationships.
- Increase customer financial confidence by providing personalized financial advice, answering questions, and addressing concerns; escalate issues to team members or partners as appropriate while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.
- Maintain a professional space in common areas in line with marketing and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with existing and prospective customers to provide financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates, and suggest additional personalized solutions aligned with financial goals.
- Stay knowledgeable about evolving regulations, industry codes of conduct, and process improvements to protect the organization’s interests.
- Strive to achieve service level agreements and productivity targets.
- Ensure documents are prepared in accordance with relevant regulations and reflect business intentions.
- Participate fully as a team member, help build a positive and diverse work environment, mentor others, and address communication issues efficiently.
- High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience; post-secondary or undergraduate degree is an asset.
- Completion of IFIC or equivalent; CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired.
- Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset.
- Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts to provide personalized advice in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
- Tactful communicator capable of exchanging ideas and customer information concisely and logically.
- Self-initiator with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
